Very grey this morning though no rain predicted till 18.00hrs. The whole route was along side a country road again. Very flat – still in the meseta. 
So much for no food nor water for 17km. Nice chap running a well frequented little make shift cafe after 8km.
Had to try chorizo hot dog and coffee for breakfast 
Forecast wrong – rain started 9.30 – but not heavy. 2 milestones today. Tried out the poncho for first time- excellent once I had help to put it on for the first time.
Second milestone – have reached halfway.
Still another 8km in the drizzle. But at least warm drizzle.

They tasted so good and I had to buy one to support the chap for being there. I only ate half anyway-gave the other half away.

Missed the last couple of days for whatever reason I could not access the site, but all caught up now. Raining here today too and warm. I think we must be about due for another selfie?
