Today’s a day to rest before going up into the hills again. Only 5 km out of Astorga. 

Small sleepy town only disturbed by the honk of horns as the bread van and the fish van visited. Both did good buisiness.     Stayed in a single room in this small albergue. Probably my favourite place so far.   

Had its own vine covered courtyard.  

 The weather has been extremely kind after yesterday’s soaking. Sunny but not too hot shading yet only up to 19degrees. Tomorrow the cini starts climbing again into the hills ahead.  
The next day, after rabanal, I reach the cruz de ferro and the highest point on the camino.
