An early start 6.45 as though not a long day a long climb toward the end.    A lot of Tarmac for a couple of hours- but a very quiet road.   Breakfast ahead in one of the small villages- they were every couple of km this morning.     Most of the traffic has been diverted into the dual carriage way- lots of high bridges carrying them over the valleys.     After Las Herrerias the climbing started- but there was a lot of shade. 

   La Faba was half way up this moutain.   And it had a very welcome bar More climbing and it was getting hotter.           Glad to reach Laguna del Castilla – a cool shower, beer and empanada.

  Tomorrow the final couple of km uphill to the peak of O’cebereiro and entering the final region- Galicia.
