Today was a short , rest, day down into the valley to village of Triacastella. Named after 3 castles- but none still survive.           The pictures on the camera just can’t capture the scale and contrast of colours. The pictures below show the valley we are decending into,but beyond there is a blanket of low cloud in the next valley. Thisis difficult to see on the pictures but there is a dark line on the horizon which is another range of hills.          The picture below shows the first sighting of Triacastella – we stay there tonight and walk over the hill into the next, cloud filled, valley tomorrow.   Local storage barns on stilts          Entering Triacastella – ruin of one castle on ridge  The way through Triacastella .
