Didn’t start early but not a long day. Almost all along the estuary. Tide was out so quite a lot of mud. But once leaving the town itself there was a well used paved route.

Then able to go nearer to the beach for a short while.

Not yet had breakfast- the path goes to the right (see arrow on lamppost) or do I go off route by a hundred meters to get a Spanish sausage mcmuffin (see the Golden Arches?)

Honest I did go right!
Walked for another half hour
Just after in a trading estate made a new friend feeding his flock on a small patch of grass.
He spent ages describing the way to go ahead in very careful detail. Shame I didn’t understand a word. But I thanked him. Actually did miss a turning just after-the only time today but wasn’t far wrong. He was very friendly , chattering about his sheep. I’m not sure but he might be bringing them to visit us at home.

Path a bit more off road but not much today.
If you miss signs even statues are set up to point the way
Cause way across river at end of estuary into town near Neda
Grabbed a beer as it was getting warm and not many cafes. It came with small plate of tapas

Then across a park to a bridge over another branch of the estuary.

View of the bridge from my hotel -I’m on third floor!!!
the hotel is the yellow one on end.
After I’d washed and had siesta wandered round looking for a bar that was open. Everywhere seemed closed till 7pm. Eventually found one quite a long way back. But not a hardship there’s a lovely warm breeze. I don’t think supper is going to be anything but basic 3 courses for 9 Euro. This place very different from Ferrol.
